Ingredients:
👉 50ml Derw Liqueur (original or decaf)
👉 25ml spiced rum
👉 150ml chocolate milk
👉 Ice
👉 Cinnamon
👉 Whipped cream (optional)
Recipe:
Put a few ice cubes in a glass.
Add the liqueur and rum.
slowly pour in the chocolate milk.
Sprinkle some cinnamon on top, or whipped cream and then cinnamon.
Stick in a straw and slurp it up!

Add half the tonic and stir. Add the rest.

👉 5ml simple/carob syrup or 1 teaspoon sugar
👉 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
👉 80ml Prosecco
How to make:
Combine some caster sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Wet the rim of a Champagne flute with water, and dip it into the cinnamon sugar, coating the rim.
Shake up the liqueur, juice, syrup, and cinnamon in a shaker.
Strain into the glass.
Top up with Prosecco and enjoy!

Welsh Espresso Martini recipe:
50ml Derw Coffee Liqueur
25ml Devil’s Bridge Spiced Rum
1 shot espresso
1tsp demerara sugar
5 large ice cubes
Put the sugar into a shaker, and pour in the shot of espresso. Swirl. Put in the ice, then the liqueur and rum. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy Wales' best espresso martini :)

We are really getting into the festive spirit with this Christmas espresso martini cocktail. If espresso martinis weren't already good enough, this festive cocktail takes it to the next level. It's soooooo tasty my goodness oh yes! The clove provides an intense but not overpowering spice, and the maple syrup binds it all together nicely. Will you give it a go??
How to make the Maple Clove Christmas Espresso Martini:
👌 50ml Derw Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
👌 25ml espresso shot or very strong coffee
👌 10ml maple syrup
👌 9 whole cloves
👌 4 ice cubes
1. Put 6 whole cloves in a cocktail shaker or jam jar.
2. Pour on the hot espresso/strong coffee.
3. Swirl for 15 seconds or so.
4. Add the maple syrup, then ice and Derw Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur.
5. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
6. Strain through a sieve into a martini glass.
7. Once the foam on top is quite thick, place 3 whole cloves on top.
Clink your glasses and enjoy in whatever festive way you see fit!
Naturally, we had to experiment with our cold brew coffee liqueur to see if we could create a coffee liqueur cocktail, and indeed we were pleasantly surprised! It turns out the result of adding our coffee liqueur to this cocktail is a delight, and it's also very easy to make.

How to make the 'Granny's and It' cold brew coffee liqueur cocktail:
25ml Derw Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml quality gin
1 green olive
Pour each ingredient into a martini glass and stir with a spoon. Drop in a green olive (don't worry about shaking off all the brine - the slight saltiness adds a great dimension to the flavour).
Sip while imagining enjoying this tipple 80 years ago!

50ml chilled Derw liqueur
25ml chilled Derw espresso strength pure cold brew
3 ice cubes
Shake all ingredients together vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass, or a sherry glass if you like an old fashioned look. Garnish with a coffee bean or three.

How to make the DSP:
50ml Derw Liqueur
25ml quality gin
150ml good tonic water
Summer punch flavours: Strawberries, cucumber, mint
3-4 ice cubes
Slice the strawberries and cucumber. Mix up all the ingredients except tonic in a glass (or jug if making for more people). Stir. Add the tonic and stir gently to avoid losing all the fizz. Garnish with more strawberries and mint if you like.
