Refund policy

Returns policy 

We want our customers to be satisfied, so we will refund the full value of the purchase, or offer an exchange, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned to us with proof of purchase within 28 days of receiving the order.
  • The item (unless faulty) is returned to us in a resalable condition. This means products are unopened, sealed and in the same condition  as they were received, with labels undamaged.
  • If the item is faulty, the item needs to be returned within 28 days of receiving the order, with proof of purchase and reason for return.
  • We will process the refund once we’ve received and checked the item; this can take up to 14 days.
  • We are unable to pay for postage on return items unless they’re faulty.

If the customer is unhappy for any reason with their purchase, they should contact hello@derwcoffee.co.uk with the order reference and the reason for the return.
