Refreshing, subtly spiced and sparkling. Celebrate Autumn with this cocktail, using our award-winning cold brew coffee liqueur. First and best in Wales!
👉 40ml chilled Derw Liqueur
👉 50ml chilled apple juice
👉 5ml simple/carob syrup or 1 teaspoon sugar
👉 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
👉 80ml Prosecco
How to make:
Combine some caster sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Wet the rim of a Champagne flute with water, and dip it into the cinnamon sugar, coating the rim.
Shake up the liqueur, juice, syrup, and cinnamon in a shaker.
Strain into the glass.
Top up with Prosecco and enjoy!
