Capsized Baby Guinness

Our Baby Guinness is ever popular at events, and many say it's the best one they've ever had! But there's a twist. Our liqueur has 75% less sugar than most, and therefore it behaves a bit differently. It prefers to sit on top of the cream liqueur, rather than let the cream get the best view!

Recipe:

15ml Derw Liqueur

10ml Merlyn (or another cream liqueur)

Pour the Derw into a shot glass first, then slowly pour the cream liqueur down the inside of the glass so it sinks to the bottom. Shoot it down in one so the lovely flavours and textures combine! Then prepare another...
