Classic Espresso Martini
The CEO of Caffè Nero said it was the best espresso martini he'd ever had!
No vodka or vanilla needed. Our liqueur is strong and has vanilla notes from the tonka bean; just use more of it and leave out the rest.
Recipe:
75ml Derw Coffee Liqueur
30ml espresso, or espresso strength cold brew
5ml water
3 or 4 ice cubes
Method:
Pour the room temperature liqueur and espresso into a cocktail shaker. Add the water and ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and immediately strain into a martini glass. Garnish with beans if you wish.
