Piña Cofflada
The gorgeous weather is inspiring us to make some more refreshing spring cocktails. Granted, we make some terrible punny names for them...
Piña Cofflada ingredients:
20ml Coconut Rum
20ml Dark Rum
50ml Derw Liqueur
1 Tablespoon Coconut Milk (use a creamy one, not a watery one)
100ml Pineapple Juice
5 ice cubes
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz it until ice is crushed. Pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple. Sit back and enjoy the fruit(s) of your labour.
