This Spring Coffee Cocktail is tangy, refreshing, bursting with flavour... just like spring! It's a bit like a Pimm's but less sweet and more intense. The perfect accompaniment to a warm Spring afternoon.
👉 50ml Derw Coffee Liqueur (original or decaf)
👉 25ml Sloe Gin
👉 150ml tonic water
👉 Mint and orange or raspberry for garnishing
Put 5 or 6 ice cubes in a glass.
Pour in the liqueur and gin.
Add half the tonic and stir. Add the rest.
Garnish with mint and orange/raspberries.
Sip and enjoy!
