Welsh Gold Standard Espresso Martini
What happens when you combine two gold award winning Welsh products? A devilishly good Welsh espresso martini, that's what. If you are lucky enough to have both a bottle of Derw Coffee Liqueur, and a bottle of Devil's Bridge Rum, give this a go!
Welsh Espresso Martini recipe:
50ml Derw Coffee Liqueur
25ml Devil’s Bridge Spiced Rum
1 shot espresso
1tsp demerara sugar
5 large ice cubes
Put the sugar into a shaker, and pour in the shot of espresso. Swirl. Put in the ice, then the liqueur and rum. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy Wales' best espresso martini :)
